Thin, Tangy Barbecue Sauce for Ribs, Brisket or Chicken

1 cup of ketchup
1 cup of water 
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 
2 or 3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1/4 cup of wine vinegar 
1 teaspoon of celery seed
1 teaspoon of salt 
Combine all ingredients, heat to boiling and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes enough sauce to 
baste 4 lbs. of ribs.
