GINGER HONEY CAKE

Ingredients

1 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
3 cups sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbs. ginger
1 tbs. cider
half a cup water (or sour milk)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Warm cider and water. Cream together sugar and butter. Slowly add honey and continue beating.

Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with cider/water mixture.

Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 flat baking pan at 350°F degrees for 1 hour.
